Personal Lines Account Handler

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Personal Lines Account Handler, who will administer the insurance arrangements of clients through the provision of a professional and efficient service to assist with generating new business opportunities and securing new customers, whilst also servicing a long-standing book of clients.

Working within a thriving innovative team, you will provide broking services to all clients whilst providing a quality service covering all aspects of their insurance. The client base is mainly an existing book of clients, but there will be opportunities to up sell and cross sell other products that we offer.
We have our own in house marketing team so are quick to act to market conditions and have a solid IT division offering online options for clients as the business adapts and moves with the times.

As the Personal Lines Account Handler, you will be fully supported in terms of personal development. You will have the opportunity to earn a team bonus depending on the performance of the business and you will be fully supported in your studies along the CII route.

HNW Account Handler

As an award winning insurance broker we are seeking an experienced HNW Account Handler to strengthen our existing team.

We have a reputation for providing a high quality and forward-thinking approach to insurance and risk management and boast a prestigious client base throughout the UK.

Working within an expanding team, you will handle the full broking process for a portfolio of selected HNW clients. You will provide day to day administrative support, which will include negotiating and securing renewals, processing policy endorsements and handling general client enquiries. Your role may also require you to network in order to generate new business leads with the opportunity to participate in our client events. Being an independent broker you will be granted a high level of autonomy in relation to where you place business and you will also be expected to attend client visits in to order strengthen relationships.
It is essential that you have a good understanding of all areas of HNW insurance including motor together with an understanding of the HNW market as a whole. You must be well organised, articulate, possess a good eye for detail and demonstrate the ability to produce accurate work whilst working under pressure.

Working within an expanding team, you will handle the full broking process for a portfolio of selected commercial clients. You will provide day to day administrative support, which will include negotiating and securing renewals, processing policy endorsements, and handling general client enquiries. You will enjoy dealing with a variety of commercial risks across a diverse range of trades and industries including generating new business. Being an independent broker, you will be granted a high level of autonomy in relation to where you place business, and you will also be expected to attend client visits in order strengthen key relationships.

It is essential that you have a good understanding of the main classes of commercial insurance, together with a strong level of market awareness. You must be well organised, possess a good eye for detail and demonstrate the ability to produce accurate work whilst working under pressure and the desire to succeed in this role.
