We are an independent broker with the flexibility to provide a tailored service to every client. We understand no two property companies or managing agents are the same and a one size fits all approach doesn’t help every client to the same standard.

Regardless of premium, each client is allocated a dedicated manager, who can assist with all property insurance matters including ancillary policies such as:

  • Landlords Legal Expenses – provides legal expenses cover for tenancy and property disputes – costs £30.00 per tenancy agreement.

  • Let Home Emergency – provides parts and labour cover for domestic emergencies (such as boiler breakdown or a burst pipe) – costs £65.00 per property.

  • Directors and Officers – protects the directors personal assets in the event of them being sued personally for wrongful acts whilst acting in their capacity as a Director. For example if they fail to adhere and comply with legal requirements as a property owner.

  • Entity Cover – This extension to Directors liability covers claims made against the company and not specific individuals.

  • Engineering & Inspection – to meet your statutory requirements for all lifting and pressure plant such as passenger lifts or central boilers. Passenger carrying lifts need to be inspected every 6 months under the LOLER regulations (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations).

  • Loss Recovery – provides you with your own dedicated loss assessor in the event of certain claims over £5,000. A loss assessor is a claims expert and provides the policyholder with unlimited advice to help you prepare, negotiate and settle your material damage claim. Acting independently of your insurance company, to help you achieve the fairest and fastest settlement possible under your policy.

  • Terrorism – protect your property from terrorist acts which are not covered as standard. Cover can also be extended to cover the loss of rent or provide alternative accommodation.
